Delmhorst 632 - pack of 4

Delmhorst 1849

An alternate to the 496 pin for the 26-ES, the 1849 is a 1 ½” insulated pin with 1/2" penetration. The 1849 is suitable for wood up to 2" thick.

Delmhorst 1985

The 1985 is a replacement 30ft coaxial cable for the 1986 bale chamber sensor. Also available in 36ft and 40ft lengths as 1985/36 and 1985/40 respectively.

Delmhorst 1986 Extension

Extends mounting bolts used when installing 1986 bale chamber sensor. Used for newer balers with thick chamber walls

Delmhorst 2497/A-100 - pack of 24

Uninsulated pin and retainer with 5/16" penetration. Standard on all meters with built-in pins and the 2-E and 4-E electrodes. Used on wood up to 6/4 (1 ½”), concrete and gypsum.

Delmhorst A-111- pack of 24

Another alternative to the 496, the A-111 is an uninsulated contact pin measures 1 7/16” and has 7/16" penetration. The A-111 is compatible with both the 26-ES and the 22-E, and its tapered point makes it easier to penetrate into hard surfaces. Can be used on wood up to 2" thick.

Delmhorst CS-3 - pack of 20

Plastic sleeve required when performing ASTM F-2170 tests on concrete. Used with the RH/T-S2 attachment included with Total Check and HT-4000F. Order in packs of 20 CS-3/20.

Delmhorst MCS-2

This moisture content standard is great for verifying that your P-2000 or RDM-3P paper moisture meters are in calibration. With two electrical resistance values (6% and 10%) to test your meter against, you can be sure that your readings will stand up to the strictest standards of accuracy. The MCS-2 is also available with a letter of certification traceable to NIST.Please Note:

Delmhorst MCS-4

This moisture content standard is great for verifying that your F-series hay moisture meter is in calibration. With two electrical resistance values (16% and 22%) to test your meter against, you can be sure that your readings will stand up to the strictest standards of accuracy. The MCS-4 is also available with a letter of certification traceable to NIST.

Delmhorst MCS-44

This moisture content standard is great for verifying that your F-2000H hops moisture meter is in calibration. With two electrical resistance values (8% and 10%) to test your meter against, you can be sure that your readings will stand up to the strictest standards of accuracy. The MCS-44 is also available with a letter of certification traceable to NIST.

Delmhorst MCS-COTTON

This moisture content standard is great for verifying that your C-2000 cotton moisture meter is in calibration. Note that the 30-E/C long pin electrode is required to use the MCS-COTTON. With two electrical resistance values (6% and 12%) to test your meter against, you can be sure that your readings will stand up to the strictest standards of accuracy. The MCS-COTTON is also available with a letter of certification traceable to NIST.

Delmhorst MCS-JL-2000

This moisture content standard is great for verifying that your JL-2000 leather moisture meter is in calibration. With two electrical resistance values (13% and 21%) to test your meter against, you can be sure that your readings will stand up to the strictest standards of accuracy. The MCS-JL-2000 is also available with a letter of certification traceable to NIST.

Delmhorst PC/KIT/NAV

Enables you to download stored readings from the meter to a PC via infrared linking. This software will enable you to:

• Export job data to Excel
• Customize printing options
• View readings and stats in the application program
• Save and print individual or group job readings
• Customize job title
• View data in Fahrenheit or Celsius
• Append notes to each job
• Generate graphical histogram

All these features are provided in a easy to use GUI interface, and are compatible with Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10.The PC/KIT is included in several of our moisture meter packages, or may be ordered separately. It can be used with the Moisture Check, Navigator Pro, RDM-3, RDM-3P, and Total Check moisture meters.

Delmhorst Relative Humidity Test Kit

The relative humidity test kit is great for testing the accuracy of our detachable RH/T-S1 relative humidity sensors. The air inside the test kit bottle is controlled by a salt solution, which keeps the relative humidity constant. The kit is available with either 33% or 75% relative humidity (Order as RH/TK/33 and RH/TK/75 respectively).

Delmhorst RH/T-C1

Extension cable that connects to the RH/T-S1, allowing you to easily view your meter’s screen while performing tests in hard to reach areas.

Delmhorst RH/T-S1

Detachable relative humidity / temperature sensor that is included with Navigator Pro and HT-4000. Can be used to obtain ambient RH/T readings. Order individually or in packs of 5 as RH/T-S1/5.

Delmhorst RH/T-S3

Detachable relative humidity/temperature sensor that is included with Total Check and HT-4000F. Can be used to obtain ambient RH/T readings, or for performing ASTM F-2170 tests on concrete. Order individually or in packs of 5 as RH/T-S3/5.

Delmhorst SCB-1

The SCB-1 calibration block may be used for field calibration checks of the Proscan and Techscan moisture meters. We recommended using a 4” x 4” Styrofoam block or other non-conductive, nonmagnetic material such as plastic or fiberglass to insulate the SCB-1 from a wood or metal tabletop surface. When using the SCB-1. the meter should display 18.0, +/-1.0 on the wood scale, and 51, +/-2.0 on the Reference scale

Delmhorst 12-E

Double roller type for measuring moisture content on a moving web.

Delmhorst 15-E

Pin type, with two rows of four pins each, maximum penetration 1/8". Penetration can be adjusted according to stock thickness by means of gauge block. Used for veneer.

Delmhorst 18-ES

Similar to 26-ES, the 18-ES has a 17" steel shaft. Comes with 608 insulated pins for 3 ¼" penetration. Ideal for timber, poles, and ties.

Also offered - 18-ED - with depth gauge to measure pin penetration.

Delmhorst 19-E

Blade type electrode for measuring of paper on skids. Blades are 5" long. Longer blades available on special order.

Delmhorst 19-E/STC

Features two 5'' long blades, bent to a 35° angle, and coated in Teflon except for the tips. Great for checking behind trim and baseboard molding.

Delmhorst 1900

The 1900 is the standard upper electrode assembly for the G-7 grain moisture meter. The 1900 has a serrated face, and is used with 313CUP-0005 sample cup.

Delmhorst 1986 Bale Sensor

For continuous monitoring during baling. Comes with 30’ cable to run from the sensor mounted in the bale chamber to the meter in the cab. May be used with any model, but is recommended to use with Model FX-2000. Also available as 1986/40 with 40’ cable for larger balers.

Delmhorst 2-E

Fitted with the same 5/16" penetration pins that are mounted on our pin type meters. This electrode is great for a variety of different applications:

• Home inspector: Use on wood joists and drywall
• Paper producer: Use on curved surfaces such as cardboard and paper tubes
• Woodworker: Use on timber, poles, and veneer

2-E is also available as the 2- ET with a tapped handle for hard to reach areas. Can also be fitted with A-103 uninsulated pins with 1 3/32” length and 11/16” penetration.

Delmhorst 2-E/SPLIT

Makes moisture testing in hard to reach places a breeze. Simply attach any length metal “probe” to the alligator clips on the end of the 2-E/Split and test behind toe kicks, through drywall, or any other area where our standard length contacts pins aren’t long enough.

Delmhorst 2-E/H

The 2-E/H is a compact electrode great for long-term monitoring of wood, drywall, and paper cores. This electrode connects directly to the MTX and comes equipped standard with 5/16” pins and a 10’ cable.

Delmhorst 21-E

The 608 pins that come with the 21-E are insulated, except at the tips, and can reach a maximum penetration of 3-1/4".Great for use on roofs, insulation, or EIFS.21-E is also available as the 21-E/001 with 6" penetration, or as the 21-ET with a tapped handle for hard to reach areas.

Delmhorst 22-E

Comes with A-111 uninsulated contact pins for 7/16" penetration. For use on plaster, masonry and wood. Will also accept 496, insulated pins; 1 1/16” penetration.22-E is also available as the 22-ET with a tapped handle for hard to reach areas

Delmhorst 30-E/C

Used for bales, 9 1/2" insulated pins, with 8 1/4" penetration, eliminates the effect of surface moisture.

Delmhorst 313CUP-0005 Sample Cup

The 313CUP-0005 is a replacement sample cup for G-7 grain moisture meter. Used with 1900 upper electrode assembly.

Delmhorst 313CUP-0006 Sample Cup

The 313CUP-0006 is a replacement sample cup with smooth surface for checking flour using the G-7 grain moisture meter. Used with 315ELE-0024 upper electrode assembly.

Delmhorst 315CAB-0020

The 315CAB-0020, when used with optional contact pins, is a great solution for long-term monitoring of wood. This cable connects directly to the MTX using the terminal connection on the MTX.

With pins that are insulated except at the tip, you can obtain core readings which provide a true indication of moisture content at a known depth.

• *The 3015CAB-0020 is available in 10', 15', 20', 25', 30', 50', 75', and 100' lengths.
• **Pins show are part # 309PIN-0042, and are available with 1/2" penetration for up to 5/4" , 1" penetration for up to 10/4" , and 1-3/4" penetration for up to 5".

Delmhorst 315ELE-0024

The 315ELE-0024 is similar to the 1900 except with a smooth surface for testing flour or granular material. Used with 313CUP-0006 sample cup.

Delmhorst 37-E/C

Used for yarn, 1 1/2" pins with 1" penetration

Delmhorst 4-E

Comes with 4 uninsulated 2497/A-100 contact pins for 5/16" penetration. Useful for:

• Dry-kiln operators: Use on kiln-dried boards up to 2" and on air-dried boards up to 5/4.
• Leather producers: Use for tough leather.

Can also be fitted with A-103 uninsulated pins with 1 3/32” length and 11/16” penetration.

Delmhorst 42-E/B

T-handle electrode with 3/8" penetration and 3 ft. length to check moisture in stacks in or out of the kiln. Stickers must be at least 5/8". Also offered in a 4 1/2 ft. length as 42-EB/4-5.

Delmhorst 43-E

Clamp type for testing thin sheet stock. The sample tested is compressed between two smooth discs.

Delmhorst 52-E/C

Cup type electrode used for lint or seed cotton.

Delmhorst 55-E

Leaf type for measuring moisture content on a moving web or roll. Can be used with a portable unit or for stationary installation.

Delmhorst H-4 Handle

Electrode handle that attaches to the built-in connector on the top of any moisture meter. Can be used with the 830 series prods, 831 short pin disc shaped prod, and 832 long pin disc shaped prod. This is useful for large or high density bales of hay or scrap paper. Two handed operation is recommended over using a prod that connects directly to the top of the meter (like our 1235 series) to minimize stress placed on the meter casing.

Used for penetrable solids. Ideal for hay and grain. TS-107, (3 1/2" long) is made of aluminum and delrin parts with a stainless steel tip. Requires SH-44 handle.
