Adhesion Tester Accuracy Verification Kit

Ideal for verifying the accuracy and operation of adhesion testers and is an important component in fulfilling both ISO and in-house quality control requirements. The PosiTest AT Calibrator and included documents allow the user to certify the accuracy of PosiTest Adhesion Testers.

• High precision load cell for use with any PosiTector gage body

• Compatible with all PosiTest Pull-Off Adhesion Testers (20 mm standoff required for 50 mm models, not included)
• Fitted with a permanent steel 20 mm loading fixture (dolly). A conversion factor is used to verify other sizes

Specifications

Easy Operation

1. Connect the adhesion tester's actuator to the PosiTest AT Calibrator's loading fixture.
2. Apply pressure using the adhesion tester's normal operating procedure.
3. Compare values from the adhesion tester and the PosiTest AT Calibrator.
