The ElektroPhysik 8000 Series Precision Coating Thickness Gauge is provides fast, non-destructive, accurate coating measurements on steel and non-ferrous metals. Designed to accommodate a wide range of laboratory and field applications and manufactured to international quality standards, the ElektroPhysik 8000 Series Precision Coating Thickness Gauge will provide years of trouble-free use.
The ElektroPhysik 8000 Series Precision Coating Thickness Gauge features a fixed external probe on a cable for the measurement of all non-magnetic coatings on steel (Fe) and all insulating coatings (non-conductive & non-magnetic) on non-ferrous metals (nFe). It is specially designed to work in rough environments and on abrasive surfaces, and plasma spray-coated surfaces.
The industry-proven one-pole sensor is made of a wear and tear-resistant carbide material to ensure a virtually unlimited life cycle under normal use. The gauge body is supplied in a rubber protective sleeve, providing enhanced physical protection.
A backlit Graphic LCD, built-inmemory with statistics and USB output combined with a simple menu system make these gauges easy to operate, providing high accuracy, resolution, repeatability and functionality.
